Also Present:
Discussed the town voting on MGL Chapter 32B, Section 18. Adopting this section allows a community to shift a portion of its retiree health insurance costs to the federal Medicare program. The MGL will be reviewed by legal counsel for his opinion.
Met with John Verones, Owner’s Project Manager to review and sign contract for PDS Engineering & Construction.
